Insurance Rates
$200 for 1 hour sessions
$175 for 45 minute sessions
$150 for 30 minute sessions
Uninsured Rates
$80.00 flat rate 60-minute talk therapy appointment
$50.00 flat rate 30-minute neurofeedback therapy appointment
Diagnostic Assessment
Rate of $225.00 per assessment. Included in the cost will be the assessment paperwork, diagnostic questionnaires, and 1 to 1 ½ hours of interview time. Turn around for the assessment is 2 weeks. If you want me to talk with anyone (significant other or parents) please let them know I will be contacting them and their timely engagement will allow for the turnaround time to be met. If they do not get back to me in a timely manner this will hold up your assessment or it may be turned over without their input.
Court Testimony
A subpoena must be served to me. My hourly rate is $125.00. Time billed for will include file review, travel to the courthouse, time spent at the courthouse, testimony, and travel from the courthouse.
